Dialog PTT collects your device’s GPS location while the app is in use. Location data is transmitted to the Dialog PTT server and displayed to other authorised users on the Live Map. Location fixes may be cached locally on your device (up to 200 fixes) when offline and uploaded automatically upon reconnection.
Dialog PTT accesses your device microphone to transmit Push-to-Talk voice communications. Audio is transmitted in real time over the network to other users in the same channel. Audio is not stored or recorded by the app or server.
The app transmits your device’s connection status, username, and channel presence to the Dialog PTT server to enable real-time communication features.
Your data is shared only with other authorised users within your organisation’s Dialog PTT server. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.
Location and presence data is transient and not persistently stored by the app. Any data retained on the Dialog PTT server is managed by your organisation’s system administrator.

All communications between the Dialog PTT app and server are transmitted over encrypted connections. We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.
Dialog PTT is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
